At Bidja, everyone has a seat at the table. Whether you’re gathering with friends, sharing a meal with family, or celebrating life’s milestones, Bidja is your companion in connection. Rooted in the spirit of friendship and crafted with care, Bidja invites you to share its story and create moments that matter. Because with Bidja, you have a place with us.

Come to my place.

Bidja is more than a wine brand. It is a celebration of connection, a bridge between cultures, and a tribute to friendship. Rooted in the First Nations word "Bidja", meaning friend in English, the brand embodies the spirit of coming together.

Our Story.

  • Heart of the story.

At the heart of this story is Craig Cromelin, a true pioneer of First Nations winemaking and a co-founder of Murrin Bridge Wines—Australia’s first First Nations-owned and operated vineyard.

  • Come to my place.

The invitation is universal: wherever you gather, wherever friendship is celebrated, Bidja is at home.

  • The Birth of Bidja.

Bidja was born through a unique partnership. It began when Bevan approached the team at Buller Wines in Rutherglen, a winery with over 100 years of rich history and winemaking tradition, to create a First Nations wine brand.

Our Team

The coming together of two cultures - thousands of years of First Nations culture and Buller Wines' legacy created something entirely new: a story that cannot be replicated anywhere else.
