Bidja Pinot Grigio

In order to achieve a clean, fruit driven style, the fruit is harvested when it starts to show full ripe flavours whilst retaining a high level of natural acidity. 

Sourced from high-altitude and elevated vineyards in the King Valley, this Pinot Grigio benefits from the region’s cool nights, red volcanic soils, and eastern-facing slopes, which create the perfect conditions for slow, even ripening. This unique terroir enhances the wine’s exquisite aromatics, crisp acidity, and natural freshness.

Bright and fragrant, the nose offers fresh pear, green apple, and citrus zest, complemented by delicate floral notes and a touch of minerality. Crisp, lively, and refreshing, the palate bursts with flavors of ripe pear, lemon, and white peach, balanced by vibrant acidity and a subtle textural complexity.

Pinot Grigio is one of the most versatile wines. It goes swimmingly with everything! We love ours with a charcuterie board with cheese, cured meats and quince paste or keep it simple with sushi.
