Crafted with a focus on purity and structure, 30% whole bunch fermentation in small batches adds lift, fine tannins, and complexity. The wine is then barrel-aged, allowing it to develop depth while preserving its bright fruit profile and silky texture.

Sourced from a single vineyard in the high-altitude King Valley, this Pinot Noir is made from the MV6 clone, which thrives in the region’s rich, deep volcanic soils. The cool-climate conditions allow for slow, even ripening, enhancing the wine’s natural elegance and aromatic intensity. The vines are cane-pruned, promoting balanced growth and high-quality fruit production.

Pinot Noir is an incredible wine that will pair with almost anything. Mushrooms, duck, camembert, gruyère, tuna, lamb, you really can't go wrong.

The nose is elegant and expressive with notes of ed berries, dark cherries, forest floor, and a touch of vanilla. Silky and refined, the palate is layered with juicy raspberry, ripe plum, and cranberry, balanced by subtle oak spice and fine tannins.
